Veterans, service members, and their families are invited to join the Warrior Resiliency Team, along with Greene County Veterans Services and Greene County Parks & Trails, for Veteran specific programming. A place where like-minded individuals can get together for fun, fellowship and more. We want to serve those that have served!
Veterans Picnic
Have you served in the military or have a family member that has served? If so, we want to invite you to our Veterans Picnic. Veterans, service members, and their families are invited to join the Warrior Resiliency Team at Greene County Veterans Services' and Greene County Parks & Trails.
We'll have loads of fun, music, a picnic with hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, beverages, and more! Don't miss it!
Immediately following the picnic, the Greene County Sheriffs Department will conduct their annual Flag Retirement Ceremony.
In Honor of America 250, this year’s ceremony will be larger and especially meaningful.
Attendees will also receive information on resources available to Veterans.
Registration for the picnic is requested for planning purposes. This is FREE to attend.
