Casting Comrades Fishing Derby for Veterans

Join Greene County Parks & Trails, along with Greene County Veterans Association, for a fishing derby fit for our heroes.

If you are a veteran or a current service member, you are invited for a morning of fishing at Spring Lakes Park where you will attempt to catch the BIG ONE!  At minimum, you could leave with some good stories.

Prizes will be awarded for the most fish caught and the largest fish caught.

9 - 9:30am          Check-in
9:30 - 11 am       Fishing Derby
11:30 am            Prizes

You must have your own fishing equipment to participate; we will provide 1 container of worms per registrant.  You are encouraged to bring along additional worms as well as drinks and snacks to enjoy.
