10:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Wiggle Worms - Wiggle Worms: How Does Your Garden Grow Our unique Wiggle Worms program is designed to introduce children, ages 2-5, to the natural world through play and fun!Each month our Wiggle Worms will enjoy programs of different topics.  All Wiggle Worms are held from 10 am - Noon and attendees can come anytime during those hours, allowing time to complete the stations/activities.  Adults are required to stay with the child/children during the program. These programs are free and open to the public.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM	Porch Pots - Porch Pots Join us at the Fairgrounds Recreation Center Park to learn the Secret for creating and maintaining beautiful porch pots! Kim Hupman, Horticulture Program Assistant, Ohio State University Extension, Greene County, will be joining us to present information in reference to the topic of “Porch Pots”.  Kim will present helpful information and answer questions on the topic of creating, planting, and maintaining plants in pots. This is a FREE program. Picnic tables are available.  Please bring a chair or blanket for your comfort.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Greene Grasshoppers - Greene Grasshoppers: Bug Scavenger Hunt Geared towards our kiddos 6-9 years old, Greene Grasshoppers is a monthly program where they get have nothing but FUN in our parks.With these station-based programs, kids will experience a different topic each month.Greene Grasshoppers is FREE to attend and no registration is necessary, they typically run from 6-8 pm until the fall.  You can come anytime during the two hours as long as you leave time to complete everything.

When is the last time you saw or were in close contact with a bird, a turtle, or a snake?!Well, come join GCP&T Naturalists, at the Fairground Recreation Center, where you will see some of those beautiful creatures.  You will also learn about their habitats, their eating habits, and their ability to survive in an ever-changing ecosystem.  You will leave with a better understanding and information about some of our most precious creatures and how important they are to helping to maintain our ecosystem and survival.This is a FREE program.Picnic Tables are available.  Please bring a chair or cushion for your comfort.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM	4 Paws for Ability & Service Dog In-Training Demonstration - 4 Paws for Ability & Service Dog In-Training Demonstration Please plan to join us at the Fairgrounds Recreation Center Park to learn about the local 4 PAWS FOR ABILITY Program, as well as to observe a presentation and a Service Dog In-Training demonstration!4 PAWS FOR ABILITY is a local program located in Xenia, Ohio, and places more than ten types of service dogs with children, adults, and veterans with disabilities.  Reportedly, over 1800 service dogs have been placed with children and veterans with disabilities since 1998!4 PAWS FOR ABILITY will join us at the Fairgrounds Rec. Center Park to present information and answer questions in reference to their service dog program.At the conclusion of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to take your own “support dog” home with you (stuffed toy dog)…….Picnic tables are available or bring your own comfortable chair or cushion for your comfort.This is a FREE program. Registration is required due to supplies.
